The Exit List

The Exit List is a deal network connecting entrepreneurs and investors to strategic acquirers.  Realizing the inefficiencies in early stage M&A (seed stage / angel stage) we created the Exit List to enable strategic acquirers to easily identify potential targets.

Sellers - Exit early.  Raising more capital doesn’t mean a higher exit price and delays the time to take money off the table and realize a return.  

Buyers - Identify products and technologies that fill emerging and growing gaps or that would be instantly accretive and profitable in the hands of a larger sales force.
